Conditions are:
  • Exits doors fire escapes unlocked and free of obstructions at all time when open to the public.
  • CCTV must be operational when open to the public.
  • Security providers must be contractors and must maintain a Public Liability policy of $10m minimum.
  • Toilets / washrooms are inspected and cleaned at regular intervals and a written log completed and retained by the insured.
